Shipping
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $120 or more within the contiguous United States (some exclusions apply, including select oversized items such as Mustard Made lockers). Orders must total $120 or more after discounts and promo codes to qualify.

Orders typically process within 48 hours, though please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Special events and promotions may result in longer processing times.
International Shipping
We are not offering international shipping at this time.
We hope to revisit this in the future, but for now we are only able to ship within the United States.
Returns & Store Credit
We understand that occasionally an item doesn’t work out. Because returns are especially costly for small businesses, we offer store credit only for eligible returns.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please email hello@shopthistleandpoppy.com before sending anything back. Exchanges are processed as store credit once the original item is received and approved.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if:
