Shipping & Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you love your purchase from Thistle and Poppy. Below you will find our policies and information on receiving or returning your order.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Order by December 15 for the best chance of Christmas delivery. Orders placed after that date will still be shipped quickly, but delivery before the 25th is not guaranteed. We will continue mailing packages through December 23, though final delivery timing depends on the carriers.

Local customers can choose in-store pickup for the most reliable option. Order online and pick up during our holiday hours.

Extended Returns and Exchanges
Holiday purchases made through December 25 may be exchanged or returned for shop credit through January 9.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $120 or more within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply, including Mustard Made lockers. Order totals must be $120 or more after discounts and promo codes.

  • Orders typically process within 48 hours. Please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods.

  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Holiday and promotion periods may result in longer processing times.

International Shipping

We are not offering international shipping at this time. We hope to add this option again in the future.


Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something does not work out, please review our return guidelines.

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase for in store items or within 7 days of delivery for online orders.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Please note: original shipping charges are not refundable. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Tracked shipping is required for all returns. Please email us the tracking number once your package has shipped.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for return packages that do not arrive or cannot be verified through tracking.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us at hello@shopthistleandpoppy.com before sending anything back. We will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Seasonal and holiday items

  • Apothecary and bodycare items

  • Perishable items

  • Any item marked as final sale


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
