Floral folk turtleneck top from Carter's. Yellow with red and blue floral embroidery and ruffle across front. 50/50 poly/cotton blend. Good used condition with some wash wear. Stated size 2 but more of an 18 month -- please see measurements (11.5" length, 11" pit-to-pit)
