Vintage Waffle Top Sz ~24 mo

Vintage blue waffle top from Garnet Hill. 100% cotton. Good used condition but with signs of wash wear. Stated size 2 but has shrunk to more of an 18-24 mo -- please see measurements (13" length, 13" pit-to-pit, 15" sleeve length). Made in USA.
