Vintage Floral Dress Sz 4/5

FUN vintage turtleneck dress from Sylvia Whyte. Pink and white striped velour with floral appliqué detail on front. Shoulder pads (that could be removed :).

Good vintage condition with light wear.

Cotton/poly blend.

Size 5 but could start at 4-- please see measurements (21.5" length, 17.5" sleeve length, further measurements available upon request).
